If you ARE a current AQS member but have not registered online using this web site you can log in using your current Membership ID number. Your membership number is on the card that was sent to you in the mail.
In the login form below enter your 12-character Membership Number for both of the text fields. Please use all lower case letters with no dashes when typing your Membership Number. Then click the login button to login.
Your Membership Number is 12 characters composed of your 5-digit zip code, the first 4 letters of your last name, and usually 000; exceptions to this would occur if your last name is less than 4 letters, in which case your membership number would be your 5-digit zip code, last name, space(s), and usually 000. Examples:
- Last name: May; 82055may 000
- Last name: Yo; 90045yo 000
When you log in for the first time you will be directed to the "Update Information" page. This page will let you update your username and password to access this site next time you visit us. Please change your username and password to something that you can remember easily.
